Review: I Love... Raspberry & BlackBerry Shower Gel And Body Butter

Hi my lovelies,

The showergel that I'm going to review is the 'I love raspberry and blackberry' showergel. I've already been testing it out for quite a while and I'm really enjoying this showergel because of it's amazing sense, It literally smells like fresh raspberries and blackberries. After I take a shower with this showergel I have an extremely soft skin, but the sense doesn't really stay that long and it also doesn't lather up that well. So yeah, I'm really happy about this product, but it's not the best showergel I've ever tried so I'm not sure if I'm going to repurchase it or not. I do think the ' I love... ' series has an amazing collection of unique showergels, scrubs and body lotions for an affordable price. This showergel only cost me 8 dollar, and I think that's a really good price for an 500 ml bottle of showergel.

As you can see, I also bought the matching body butter and I enjoy this much better than the showergel. This body butter is honestly the best body butter I've ever tried, it has an intense sense and an amazing texture. If I wear this body butter I do not need to wear any perfume or body mist, the sense is already intense enough and it stays really long. If you are looking for an amazing body butter that is affordable and has a good quality, than you should really try this body butter. And the best thing about this body butter is that it only costs 9 dollar.

Review: Lush The Godmother Soap + Lush Lip Scrub Mint Julips

Hi guys,

Recently I've been really into Lush products, so today I'm going to review the soap bar called 'the godmother'. The soap bars from Lush are very popular, because they are the cheapest product that you can purchase in Lush. I have to admit that the prices in Lush often are pretty high, but all of the products that I've tried out are worth the money and do their job. This soap bar was my very first purchase in Lush and was also reasonably priced, I payed about $8 for 120 grams.

Normally this soap bar is used as a handsoap, but I didn't use it as one. I decided to use it as a face wash, because I really liked how the soap worked. Another reason why I used it as a face wash is, because it removes all the grease really well and leaves your skins soft and clean. In my opinion it's absurd to pay over $8 for a handsoap, so that's why I gave it a try as a face wash. I know that Lush also sells soap bars that are specifically labelled as a face wash, but those soap bars were way more expensive and didn't smell as good. The reason why you can use Lush's normal soap bars as face washes, because they are all handmade and made out of natural oils, so that's why they are very gentle for your skin. 'The godmother' also lathers up really well, so you get many uses out of one bar. 'The godmother' really spoke to me because it smells so strong and sugary and I love really sweet and sugary smells. The scent of 'the godmother' is practically the same as from 'snow fairy', but they only sell 'snow fairy' during Christmas so if you are looking for a replacement then 'the godmother' is perfect. The only downside of this soap bar is that you always have to dry it off with some paper else it will get all mushy.

I also got a little sample of the lip scrub called 'mint julips' and I honestly do not like it at all. The first thing that I dislike is the scent of it, I can't stand the scent especially when I put it on my lips. I do like the scent of the variety lip scrub called 'bubble gum', because that scent is sweeter and more my cup of tea. The scent of 'mint julips' is a really strong minty scent and I dislike mint so much. The lip scrub itself does do it's job well, but I can get the same effect by rubbing gently with a toothbrush over my lips. So I personally find this product kind of a waste of money, keep in mind that this product costs $10 for only 25 grams. So I'd say that the Lush lip scrub is not really worth the hype for me.

Review: Dupe Jeffrey Campbell Black Everly Cut-Out Buckle Boots

Hi guys,

So I was basically searching quite a while for the perfect JC dupe cut-out boots, but I could never find them. I didn't want to spend almost 200 dollar, so I was on a mission to find a dupe.Today I came across the perfect cut-out boots dupe, and the price makes them even better. I bought them for only 35 dollar in a local store and the price/quality of the boots are great. A while ago I also came across the H&M cut-out boots and I immediately fell in love with them but I didn't like the pointy toe of them because I've already got pretty big feet (size 8) and they made my feet look enormous. So I decided that I wasn't going to buy them although they cost only 48 dollar and the quality of the boots was great. As I said before I bought these boots in a local store but I also found the exact same boots on ebay so I'll link them at the end of this review. But the cut-out boots from ebay are 40 dollar, so they are a bit more expensive due to the shipping costs. I bought these shoes in a size 8 and they fit me perfectly and they are really comfortable but the boots are still pretty stiff because I haven't broken them in yet.You can also adjust the buckles if your boots are a bit too big. The only disadvantage I can think of is that they smell like fake leather because they obviously are not from real leather, but I think that will go away after a couple of days. I'm basicly in love with these shoes and they look more expensve then they actually are due to the great quality of the boots. I'd recommend these shoes to everyone because I love them so much!

Review: Catrice Prime & Fine Translucent Loose Powder

Hello my lovelies,

It's already spring and it's starting to get warmer so that means for me that my skin is getting ollyer due to the warmth. In the winter I normally do not use any powder to set my foundation because I've got a dry skin and my skin doesn't get oily at all, but during the spring and summer I always have to set my foundation. The powder I used to wear is the skin finish compact powder in 030 honey beige, but that powder makes my make-up look very cakey and it doesn't feel comfortable. So I decided to try out a new powder from Catrice because I do like their make-up line because it's budgetproof and the quality is great. I read a lot of positive reviews about the Catrice prime & fine translucent loose powder, so I decided that I would give it a go. I ended up really liking this powder because it does it's job perfectly and it really mattefies my skin for the whole day without making my make-up look cakey. Another thing I really like about this powder is that it's translucent so you don't have to worry that you will end up with darker patches on your face. The powder itself is white but becomes invisible when you apply it. It's also very budgetproof and it only costs 8 dollar. The only disadvantage I can think of is that you can't put it in your purse because else the powder will spill.

Review: Dupe Beauty Blender Make-Up Sponge From Ebay

Hi my lovelies,

I recently purchased the dupe of the famous Beauty Blender at Ebay for just 99 cent. Today I'm going to review this product to let you guys know if it's worth buying or not. Before I purchased this item I did some research about the 'real' Beauty Blender to see what other people said about it. I read a lot of positive reviews but I came across some people that said that they liked the dupes better than the actual version. I do not own the Beauty Blender, I only own the dupe so therefore I can't compare them so I'm just going to give you my own opinion about the dupe version.

It is basically a sponge applicator to be used damp to apply your foundation or concealer. The reason why I bought this product is because I do not like to apply my make-up with make-up brushes because they often leave very harsh lines on my face. Before you can apply your foundation with this make-up sponge you first have to make it damp with water so it doesn't absorb too much of your foundation. I use this make-up sponge every day because it just gives you a very natural finish and it doesn't make your make-up look cakey. On ebay you can buy this dupe in several different shapes, but I prefer this shape because it lays very easy in your hand and the tip is perfect for smaller areas like your eye area. The only disadvantage I could think of is the fact that it's a sponge and it absorbs a bit of your foundation even though it's damp. Link
